Listen there are people doing braids they would like to call tree braids but I encourage them to look at her technique first! The detail the beauty is impeccable not to mention the atmosphere is amazing! Everyone one in there was client focused Ad the new saying goes this hair is GIVEN MR LIFE!! I went in with high hopes of getting my hair done and being happy. Before I came I blew my hair out so it would be easy to comb. The lady starting my hair blew dry it again and was so ruff combing my hair I could feel my hair breaking ever time she pulled the comb through. Then I asked for color and she seem to have an attitude. She did not evenly place the color hair in my hair. There was one nice girl there the younger girl that handles the money and Tells the ladies what you want done I wish she would have done my hair. Also two different people were doing my hair using two different products. I thought they were going to put moose on my hair and fix my edges but she was like you done no oil sheen … guess I watch to much YouTube . Nobody says bye have a nice day or nothing when walking out.. They definitely could use some Customer service lessons. Maybe the one in charlotte is better but I want be going back…Ok

Be careful as I paid using my card a few years ago & they had a skimmer on the machine. Always pay them in cash. One of the younger women in there stole $900 off my debit card, although I still had the actual card in my possession. They made a second card using my card info and real first name but gave me a different last name. So I had an “alias” on my credit reports I had to get removed. I’m not sure of her real name as she used aliases during her crime spree. Literally, she and a male went on a shopping spree from Charlotte NC to Richmond, VA. They also used another victims card for the car rental they failed to return. It was awful & I was out of the country with no immediate phone service at times when the bank was calling/texting alerts to notify me of the weird transactions. They could now be legit & have stopped scamming since the police were involved & this was a few years back, but just be careful, ladies!

The worst place to go to get your hair done. I had a appointment only to have to wait over 2 hours and still haven’t sat in a chair. If your into waiting to get your hair done go here. To make it even worse I called the number I made the appointment with to figure out why I’m waiting so long. I guess she didn’t care because mid sentence she hangs up the phone and ignores my call when I call back. Unprofessional all around the board!

The absolute worst hair salon experience ever! 4-5 women standing around speaking French, very loudly btw. The lady doing my hair had her toddler there who demanded her attention every few minutes. I have never been to a stylist of any kind where they didn’t wash your hair first, that makes no sense to me. Braids are so tight I had to go home and take an aspirin. I’m terrified that when I take these out, I won’t have any hair at all. Just wanted some braids for a beach trip. Had to swipe my card twice because the lady typed in the incorrect amnt on the card machine . Hair took 6 hours and paid $165

Very unprofessional. Ask for payment before service is complete. Braiders are loud & inconsiderate of customers feelings. Disrespectful & speak French like they are talking about you. Ask them a question & they snap or get an attitude as they are servicing you. Braiders are late when you make an appointment. I would not recommend getting any of my service with this business ever again.

First and last time here. After reading the reviews I still decided to give it a chance for myself. Boyyyy I should have listened. The first lady doing it stopped and started someone else head. I had to wait for another lady to finish hair she was doing. She started and just left with her I guess bf without saying anything. It’s been 40 min and she still not back. But I will say she did a good job on the outcome

I was sitting in the chair for a hour and nobody did my hair. Three different people took turns doing my braids so they were different sizes. I left the shop at almost 8 that night. Two days later my braids at the back as started coming out.. by another week two rows came out. I took them out after a month.. I paid 200 bucks and will never go there again.
