My worsts experience in a salon. I came to this place in a last minute appointment. And this was the result. I asked for a balayage with cool tones! And this is what happened, my hair end up looking with orange tones. Totally the opposite of what I asked. According to them, there excuse, they blamed the darkness of my hair. However I’ve asked for the cool tones in other places, and they have done exactly what I asked for. I really feel disappointed from this place since I had to pay for something I didn’t liked.

Love my hair! Anna asked a lot of questions to make sure I would be pleased with my highlights. The owner also came over and made sure I was pleased. GISOO Salon is not the cheapest but they do good work with trusted Aveda products. And I love sipping cups of Aveda tea while I am there.

Amazing! Jessica did a phenomenal job with my cut and root touch up. After seeing her incredible handy work on my husband’s long hair, I decided to try her out. I have finally found the one! The one stylist, that is . She corrected an unfortunate imbalance in my previous cut and gave me a style that makes my hair look more full- very important to me with hair loss related to allergies. And the best part is that it looks good even without styling! Everyone at gisoo was super nice and professional- we will be lifetime customers for sure!
