Critical: QualityI went to this place 3 times. The first time was great. The second time my hair was too short. The third time I told her it was too short and all I needed was thinning and definitely nothing off the bangs or crown. It looks horrible! It’s super short in places and too long in others. The third time I told her it was too short and all I needed was thinning and definitely nothing off the bangs or crown. It looks horrible! It’s super short in places and too long in others. Giselle is always pleasant. Her salon is always very clean. She listens to what I want done and makes great recommendations if I have no idea. She is very reasonably priced and she has product to purchase if needed. I will never go anywhere else. She is the best!

The first time coloring roots and trimming my bangs with this lady went well. But the second time it seemed like a child did my hair. The bangs was cut too short and the roots coloring wasn’t matching the rest of color of my hair, even though she try to fix it. It looks terrible and the only thing I can do is Wait for now .
