Critical: Professionalism, PunctualityThis is the second time I attempted to patronize this business. The first time in 2019, the cornrows were subpar and the owner had to redo them. This time, the staff was unprofessional and acted inconvenienced when I walked in for my daughter’s appointment at 10 am. Although I previously scheduled the appointment days before, they had no one to braid her hair. Instead of addressing us directly, the 2 ladies there decided to talk amongst each other about how no one else was coming in. After I asked them directly, they finally called the owner for guidance. I was then told no one was available, but I was also told to try coming back at 1 pm. I told them I was not available at that time due to a conference. They ten had the owner call me and ask me to come back at 1. They have a disregard for customers time. They are rude. This is the second time I attempted to patronize this business. The first time in 2019, the cornrows were subpar and the owner had to redo them. This time, the staff was unprofessional and acted inconvenienced when I walked in for my daughter’s appointment at 10 am. Was told that I never set appointment then was asked if I could come back at later time also this is no my first bad experience with the same lady.
