Gisele is a coloring MAGICIAN . When I lived in Chicago I fell in LOVE with a very particular shade of red hair. When I moved back to NY I was heartbroken I could not find that color anywhere. I had tried numerous salons and stylists, but no one could even come close. So I reached out to the salon I used to got to in Chicago to get the official name of the hair dye brand they used on me and search salons in the area that might have the color. That is how I found Gisele’s. I went in for a consultation on the color because I am getting married in April and want it to be just perfect. Gisele not only knew exactly what I wanted but how to tweak it to make it that much better. By the end of the consultation I felt like not only had I found the right colorist/ stylist but had gained a new friend and family. Gisele seems to know every single one of her clients by name. She is genuinely interested in helping you achieve your hair goals whether it’s just a cut, a style, or a color. But she’s also interested in you as a person and wants you to feel welcome and appreciated and so beautiful when you leave. I went back a week later to get the color done. She made a recommendation about mixing a second color into my original one to give it more depth and she couldn’t have been more right!!! She handled the various tones that my hair was (due to previous bleaching from other coloring attempts) with an wonderful expertise so at the end of it all my hair was completely even and the color was on point! And to top it all off, THREE WEEKS LATER my hair still looks AMAZING! I have done this shade of red before and it usually washes out within 1.5-2 weeks. Noticeably washes out. But here THREE WEEKS LATER people are STILL commenting on how good my hair looks, how bright the color STILL is.
