If I could give her a 10 star I would she took her time she was not heavy handed at all and she gave me the best experience I honestly ever had getting my hair braided took her time and was very professional. I love my hair! Ms. G scheduled my appointment for the same week. My appointment was at 0600, I was done by 0930. I always worry about my edges falling out with braids however she was extremely gentle and I am tender headed. I was able to pull my hair up the same day. I read all the reviews before I decided to make an appointment. My experience and this include customer service can only be described with one word, “AMAZING”! I contacted Gisele in October 2019 for box braids. I asked for an appointment and she scheduled me that same day. Gisele and her mother are very nice, fast and efficient. I was told it would take four hours to install almost tailbone length box braids, but it took them approximately three and a half hours. This was on a Tuesday evening and when I went to work the following day I got so many compliments!
