My lash artist was so kind and did an amazing job on my lashes! It was also my first time having lashes and I felt that the after care was very well explained to me. So far I have been loving my lashes! My self esteem has been so much more improved by something so simple. The location is also adorably decorated and very clean. I wanted to get my lashes done for my birthday long story short it took 4 painful hours to get my lashes done while my eyes were consistently burning then after getting them done my eyes were badley irritated , ur felt like constant stabbing my eyes and not even for having them inna day I’ve spotted a I guess poped nerve in my eye so immediately got them removed by someone else ! I’ve called multiple times and haven’t had answers then I called today and the lady told me to send the picture to the number I called but I didn’t really know how that was supposed to work and that the lady would call me soon and k never received a call from no one so not really pleased about this situation bc I came here to look good on my birthday and I couldn’t even enjoy my birthday because eyes were in pain . Wouldn’t recommend

I’ve been calling for the past 3-4 days and ha e left messages and can not get a call back, service was grate although the lashes weren’t for me, 2nd and 3rd day after getting full set of extensions I was at 40% and was hard for me to keep coming in to get re-fills every 4days, I had originally signed up for a membership that I have been trying to cancel but unfortunately I can not get ahold of anyone to be able to do so.
