Excellent customer service, beautiful decor, clean, quiet, they offer water and champagne. Very classy and sophisticated BLACK- OWNED cosmetic and makeup salon. I got the Hybrid lashes ( I chose a more natural look as I was looking for volume and not a lot of length) and my brows done. Ask for Lia. She has a beautiful spirit, walked me through the various lashes looks, and I absolutely love them. I couldn’t be more pleased with my first visit.

Worst experience of my life STAY AWAY I went to the lash tech Kiara J. I’ve been getting individual one to one classic lashes for the last 5 years. This place was close to my house I saw it was black owned and it was the quickest I could get from a sitter for my child to a lash appointment. Biggest mistake of my life! I’m getting married on Friday and after almost 2 hours of her lashing I looked like as if I needed a fill-in. She explained that she did a one to one set. I then used my finger to separate my lashes to show her all of the lashes she missed. I used to be a lash tech so I fully understand the concept of one to one classic lashes. She barely lashes half of all my lashes. It was no way I would pay $100 for the work that was barely done when I would still need a strip lash for my wedding at the end of the week. So I asked her to just remove them. She was so upset she burned my left eye on purpose with the lash remover. It took her about 30-45 seconds to give me a paper towel to wash my eye. I was literally SCREAMING. Her coworker 3 tables down asked me was I ok and I told her no my eyes are burning really badly. Kiara not once ever asked was I ok. She told me “you must of opened your eye” I told her my eyes were closed I told her to check the gel pad to see if it was pushing my eye lid open. She then proceeded to bring it down. After burning my eye for a good 1-2 min she ask me “so what do you want me to do…I can remove them without the gel pad.” Which I know she shouldn’t do because that would just burn my eyes more. So I asked her if she could apply the gel pad but make sure it wasn’t pushing my eye open because I needed the lashes off for my wedding. She did a 2nd removal. Not once asked me if my eyes were burning, if I was ok, or anything. I asked her if I would be charged for a removal and she told me yes $30 and followed up with it was nothing wrong with the full set. Although I was literally showing her tons of my real lashes WITHOUT lashes! After charging my card I asked for a card with the managers number and she said “ok I don’t care” so I wanted while she went to the back upset speaking to her coworker pictured below. Then when I asked again for the managers number she said her and pushed one of the services cards across the desk. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THE LASH TECH KIARA J. She does not know what she’s doing, she has poor customer service, and lacks any knowledge or care for the clients she services. My lashes real lashes are literally missing. SHE BURNED MY REAL LASHES OFF WITH THE REMOVER. Which explains what it felt like my skin was burning. If I have any damage to my eyes I will be contacting a lawyer to take legal actions against the establishment. THIS WOMAN BURNED MY LASHES OFF 3 DAYS BEFORE MY WEDDING. She applied lashes + bonding and did a removal that she didn’t know how to do

I went to the location in DC and had a great experience tried this one to get my nails done for my birthday. Not a great experience. The nail tech was very nice and had no issues her customer service but the actual service was terrible. Booked a $50 manicure with gel polish, under service it advertised a hand soak and exfoliating scrub received neither. Was told to wash hands prior to service went to sink and the pump was broken and you had to lift it to get product. Come to table and the nail items were not properly sanitized in a pack but just sitting a cup of alcohol on the table. Only reason I didn’t speak during service was because I thought I had booked the wrong service. Left review under booking service but never received a reply back and it has been 2 weeks now. Will not go back and $50 wasted during my birthday.
