Grateful to my daughter, Sarah, for referring me to Stacey. She’s the best! She takes her time listening and clarifies exactly what you are looking for as well as giving her best humble opinions when asked her thinking on certain styles and colors. She’s thorough and very kind and caring, not rushing or pushing making you feel comfortable and posh/fresh and beautiful without all the drama, gossiping, unkempt or vanity I’ve experienced elsewhere. I’m very disappointed with my experience. I previously called the Salon and was told that the Salon can do walk-ins, so I came in today without an appointment. Since it was a walk-in, I didn’t mind waiting some if I had to. While I was waiting with the people around me, a lady told me that she would be right with us. So I keep on waiting, and an hour passed by. It had been over an hour when finally a lady came up to me and told me to leave, even though I was only getting a small trim on my hair. This was a waste of my time. I could have been in and out of Great Clips in 20 minutes or less! I’m not going back again after the treatment I got.

Very professional staff. High quality cuts. Never saw a small child so upset over getting his hair cut but the stylist was so incredibly patient and managed to get the kid through it completely unharmed. Lol! This all happened in the short time I waited to get my haircut. Walk ins are sometimes open but if you can, make an appointment. You won’t regret it!
