Critical: Quality, ValueI was over charged!!! My style won’t even last a week! Charged $180 for a wash retwist, and style. I asked for a certain look and Annetta gave me a complete different look her own design. Not neat and uneven design. She rushed towards the end of my appointment cause she had multiple people show up at the same time. She had no problem asking if wanted to reschedule knowing that she did me wrong. Definitely will not go again. I was over charged!!! My style won’t even last a week! Charged $180 for a wash retwist, and style. I asked for a certain look and Annetta gave me a complete different look her own design. Not neat and uneven design. She rushed towards the end of my appointment cause she had multiple people show up at the same time. She had no problem asking if wanted to reschedule knowing that she did me wrong. Definitely will not go again. I don’t mind paying good money for my hair if the service is good but this is what you get when you don’t pay attention to reviews

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI paid Arnetta $400 for starter locs with extension. When I arrived she was on point washed hair & did coils for my starter locs. I was there for 11:30 app after shampoo another client of hers had an appointment for 12:30. This hairstylist put me under the dryer and wash , roller set that client and I was patience.Until 2:30 came and she had probably did twenty extension by this time. Here comes another client who was getting braids. So this lady Annette told me she was starting the clients head and give her about an hour which turned into 1:45 minutes. When I returned she still was doing the young women’s braids. She proceeded to finish my hair but complained the whole time about $300 is not enough she needs at least $ 400 .Here is my results, due remind you it’s only been a week and she attached the lockextension to the end of my coils .So the locs are just hanging now I don’t know what to do. I will make a small claim case against this lady to repay me my $400 and the $288 for loc extension. Please beware she is just trying to get a quick buck and she was on the phone the whole time. I didn’t get out there until 9pm and it was up nice and tight and then I started getting little bumps from the tightness and decided yesterday to take it down and cried asking GOD owhy would someone do this. Knowing times are hard. GOD doesn’t like ugly, this is why I have not been to a hair salon in over twenty years because of people like her. I paid Arnetta $400 for starter locs with extension. When I arrived she was on point washed hair & did coils for my starter locs. I was there for 11:30 app after shampoo another client of hers had an appointment for 12:30. Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueThe salon did so much to make me feel safe w covid19, purse was placed in plastic bag, had masks provided for service (hair wash is a requirement now btw) , sanitizer and temperature check. I just got foundation braids- flattest nicest braid i ever had. My hair is insanely thick almost three peoples worth and she was fast and didn’t hurt too. Price was worth it too there aren’t any hidden charges or fees like one review said, I wanted a trim and she told me how much that would be. I understand my hair is super difficult so for me the $ wasn’t even an issue. She cares about the health of the hair told me i needed a trim and i definitely did. The salon did so much to make me feel safe w covid19, purse was placed in plastic bag, had masks provided for service (hair wash is a requirement now btw) , sanitizer and temperature check. I just got foundation braids- flattest nicest braid i ever had. My hair is insanely thick almost three peoples worth and she was fast and didn’t hurt too.
