For the initial appointment it was a great day for my son, unfortunately the perm fell out with in a few days and I haven’t been able to get any response from the shop to get his hair done. So for product and customer support services I have to give a lower score, had they tried to at least call me back and repair his hair I would have definitely referred my friends.

I have been going to Mary at Gios 222 for 20 years she is amazing and I have never left unhappy or unsatisfied. She does great things with hair and mine is a curly frizzy disaster. She never stears me in the wrong direction either if I want a color or cut that won’t work well or turn out like the picture I envy she will tell me and we work together to find something that will. She has done all my up dos for special events, colors, highlights and I’m always super happy with the results. She treats me like family! After living in upstate NY for the past 5 years and having a ton of blonde highlights put in my hair apmost3 years ago and having horrible cuts from stylists there she worked nothing short of a miracle for me today!!! Thank you Mary for the years of great cuts and colors I look forward to many more!!!

My friend and I were walk ins after being treated poorly at a salon a crossed the street. Only one of us could fit in but they were so friendly and kind. Erin gave me a touch of color and it looked awesome.

I spent 90 dollars to get my nails done. My nails fell off the first time in not even a week. Then they redid them, and a week later two more fell off. I called not expecting them to do it for free again, just hoping they would give me a discount, the boss got an attitude with a 17 year old and in the backround was talking crap on me to her co-workers. NEVER GO HERE. They are rude, and do a horrible job at nails!
