I absolutely LOVE this salon! Everyone is nice and works very fast. I’ve been seeing Lauren Little for a few years now and she’s one of the only people I will let touch my hair! I get endless compliments whenever I have something done, and I always recommend for them to go see her. From what I can tell, everyone at the salon does an amazing job. The environment is welcoming and fun at the same time. Definitely my go-to hair salon!

The lady on the phone to me was wonderful. However she needed to check with a hair & make up artist named Sarah if she was available on the date I needed. She must have forgotten to put me on hold because I heard the whole RUDE conversation (on Sarah’s side). She seemed very agitated and beyond annoyed that I had called AGAIN and she asked the lady who answered my call if it was “THE LADY WITH THE WEIRD NAME?” She went onto say that I had called on friday asking for a portfolio and said “I haven’t got a portfolio” * I had called and asked for her availability on Friday last week and asked if she has any pictures of work shes done (is that a such a terrible request?) Anyway, I had been told she would call me back- she didn’t. would have worked with her even without seeing pictures of any work shes done but thank goodness I didnt. . I forgot I’d already contacted them. I WILL. NEVER. AGAIN. I can not believe how rude and unprofessional Sarah was. poor lady on the phone started telling me that sarah is unavailable on that date, I told her to stop as I’d heard the whole conversation and wouldn’t book with sarah even if she was available I’ll take my weird name and business else where. ♀️ one rude lady ruined what would have been my first experience with Ginkgo salon.

Not a single stylist or customer was wearing a mask even though we are under a state ordered mandate & a red zone. I was told I didn’t have to wear mine- which I kept on. Could not get out of there fast enough.

I would give it less than one star if possible. It is the WORST haircut of my life!!!!! I told the stylist (Lauren Little) exactly what I wanted and she did the opposite. It looks as though someone took a bread knife and sawed off the whole back side of my hair. I am embarrassed to go out in public. It will probably take about a year to get back to where I was. I will never set foot in this salon again and if you do go there I hope you get a real stylist.
