Before the massage session began, the professional asked me for my preferred level of intensity. I was so glad they were also able to accommodate to my needs and provide a “softer” massage to help me relax and take a nap. Their hot stone massage was also very relaxing and did not cause any discomfort.

For Valentine’s Day I wanted to do something special for my girlfriend, she lives a couple hours away from me so with my work schedule I unfortunately wasn’t able to see her on Valentine’s Day, so I called Gingko to set something up for her and Katherine one of the team members went out of her way to set something special up for me after I told her my situation , she picked up flowers and a few little gifts on her own time, set her up with the works as far as the massage and had all the wonderful things she had gotten laid out in the sauna waiting for my girlfriend when she went in. My girlfriend said it was a truly wonderful experience and I am extremely grateful to Katherine and everyone there . Highly recommend!!

I was worried that they will give me a problem about it cause some spa places do. But I was wrong. Mola greeted me when I came in. She was friendly and asked what I needed. After I told her what kind of massage I wanted she showed me to the waiting area. I was a bit early forMy appointment. Before she left I asked her if I can use the free sauna in yelp. She immediately showed me the way. Didn’t give me any problem at all. She was so nice. Even added a few minutes free to my time.The feet sauna is now my new favorite! All my leg pain was gone after. It was fantastic. I did purchase a 90min head to toe massages and added a hot stone massage. Mola was AWESOME! She had the perfect pressure. I like my massage a little bit on the hard side and she did it on point! Every spot that needed pressure was relieved. I did not expect her to be able to relieve my pain but I came out there rejuvenated. She was so nice after too. The staff infront, so sorry I forgot to ask her name, was also very nice and informative. She showed me their new promos, gave me business cards and even gave me a free gift.I will definitely come back for more! When I arrived at Ginkgo I was happy to see that it was clean, organized and spacious. It’s a very simple space with no decor but they did have very calming music on which was nice. The whole body massage I had was great!i also added the hot stone option which was awesome and is a must. I can’t wait to go again.

I had a really wonderful experience at Gingko massage!! I think it’s a great value, especially for the quality of massage and the great customer service. I got a hot stone body massage and added a foot massage. The attendants added just the right amount of pressure, just enough to work out the kinks but not so hard that it was painful. Also the head and neck massage is AMAZING. Highly recommend!

Always a pleasant experience when I come here! I’ve been here about three times and had a pleasant experience each time. I come here to de-stress and relax with a massage and sometimes the infrared sauna. The staff here are very courteous! The prices for a massage are excellent!

I’ve been looking for a place that can do scalp/head massages for a long time, so I’m really happy to come across Gingko Health Care! They were quick to reply to my questions and I was able to get sessions in very easily. I’ve already went in a few times and each time was super relaxing that I almost fell asleep. The head massages also cover the neck as well, which was a nice surprise!
