I will never, ever go back to this salon. My first and second experience with the manager was ok but l wanted to try the other stylists to see if they could cut my hair using a picture of what l had in mind. I spoke with the owner and manager and they reassured me there wouldn’t be an issue. WRONG!!!! Don’t ever try to switch stylists in this salon!!!!! When l requested the owner to cut my hair she was unavailable and suggested a third stylist. This was the stylist from hell. Acting ever so sweetly she chopped my hair to an unrecognizable mess which took 6 weeks to recover even slightly. IT WAS PAYBACK FOR MY REQUESTING TO TRY A DIFFERENT STYLIST. Also, to rid me as a customer. No problem there. BE CAREFUL, VERY CAREFUL USING THIS SALON.

I tried to get my nails done with Charlene. Charlene was rude and conceited, and talked to my sister like she was an idiot. My sister bought two groupon deals, one for me and one for her, and scheduled an appointment for 9AM. Unfortunately, Charlene did not show up until 9:35, and then proceeded to tell my sister that if she had booked the appointment for two, she could have had time for both. She neglected to apologize for being 35 minutes late, and did not acknowledge the fact that there would have been plenty of time to do both sets of nails if she had been on time. She also had texted with my sister about the appointment, telling her that she needed to buy two seperate groupons for two people to have their nails done. She didn’t mention anything about making two appointments, but I guess she was happy because she already was making the two groupon sales. Who cares about happy customers? Not Charlene.
