Everyone is super nice but beware! They do not sanitize all tools before using on a new client. They dip the same stick in the exfoliant, use clippers that just sit on the side table and put “clean” tools in a container that looked dirty. I will not be coming back.. better sanitation needs to be used and learned here because it’s so gross!

My wife made reservations several days in advance for her and me. When I arrived for my appointment, they didn’t have either one of us on the schedule. They couldn’t reschedule her at all for the same day and I chose to go to UBNails instead (where I have never had this kind of problem). Needless to say, I won’t be going there again.

I have been going to this salon for several years. The salon is well managed and the result is consistently excellent service. It doesn’t matter which of the well-trained, friendly staff performs your service because they all excel. The salon is squeaky clean and above all, peaceful. A special environment to pamper yourself. They are fair-priced and even have a loyalty program. Thanks Janie for always making my visits perfect!

my fingers look worse then when i came in with my bare nails. the only good aspect of this nail salon is the color selection and the uv lamp to dry your nails. as i sat to dry my nails i saw a sticker anchoring base coat had dust and disgusting particles at the bottom. the employees where very nice, but there level of nail neatness needs to be improved. i wouldn’t go back.

Went in to ask about pricing and one woman cut me off mid sentence and told me they didn’t do what I was was looking for. I heard from a few former customers the staff wasn’t the friendliest but I wanted to give it a chance. Say no more, I’ll go elsewhere.
