My first experience with this establishment was not good at all. First, the nail tech was so opinionated when I told her I had a ingrown surgery and just needed a cleaning. Anyways she cut one toenail all the way down on purpose making me bleed and was very rough with manicuring my nails. Second, her work left my nails DIRTY didn’t removed the cuticles, etc. She try to cut them all way down (I just need a cleaning). I repeat! The establishment wasn’t clean. I should have left but I needed my nails cleaned after surgery. CODE ENFORCEMENT PLEASE DO AN INSPECTION. Lastly, I was overcharged just for using card and I will never return to this place of business. PEOPLE YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND GOING TO THIS NAIL SHACK.

I’ve been going to the nail shop for many years. I’ve never had a bad experience but my recent experience was not good. The young lady was nice but she rushed my nails and ignored my request of how i wanted my nails. I asked for a design of a flower on my toenail. She asked if I would like it hand drawn because I could not do the sticker if I was not getting gel polish. Once she finished drawing some distorted figure on my toe I told her nevermind and I suggested using the clear pink gel polish so I could receive a flower sticker. Pretty much my request was ignored she used the clear pink on my hands instead and proceeded to add a flower which I declined because its not what I asked for and she knew that but pretended as if she did not.

I asked his opinion on which color would look best for my nails and he replied I don’t know. Then gave me the coldest look and was very rough with manicuring my nails I had to ask for another nail tech to finish. Also, his nails were VERY DIRTY….The establishment wasn’t clean. I should have left but I needed my nails done. So trust me I prayed, because that place wasn’t clean enough for me. CODE ENFORCEMENT PLEASE DO AN INSPECTION.
