Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueHolly and the lil chubby guy are trash, wouldn’t even look at the lumps their worker left on my nails, treated me like I didn’t just pat $70 the week before, and that fact they charge $1 to use your debit card. The customers are paying for their merchant services with each transaction made $1’s add up. Most businesses charge $1 if you spend $5 or less. I Came into Gina’s nails on today expecting a great service. Well if I could give this place NO STARS I Would Holly is very rude she threw my card on the counter and when I ask her to put it in my hand like I gave it too her she threw it at me then it was a short chubby guy who did my sister nails and I was convinced that he ain’t know what he was doing at all. He didn’t know how to do the coffin shape correctly on my sister nails and they got upset with us like we was in the wrong when they don’t know what tf they doing. I never Write reviews but I will never return back here and I see why there were only older people in there!!! If you are thinking about going here please TURN TO A BETTER NAIL SHOP!!!!
