I was initially recommended to her from my relatives, and I’ve been going ever since. The prices are great, and there is also shampooing after the haircut. I’m pretty sure they accept credit card, but I always paid in cash. I always tell her to give me a short haircut, and I never get disappointed. I’ve been coming to Ester for the last 6+ years, and this has always been my go-to place for a haircut. I was initially recommended to her from my relatives, and I’ve been going ever since. The prices are great, and there is also shampooing after the haircut. I’m pretty sure they accept credit card, but I always paid in cash. I always tell her to give me a short haircut, and I never get disappointed. i asked for a ash blonde highlight. i repeatedly told her i didn’t want orange. i rather have brown hair than orange if she couldn’t get blonde, then i’m fine with brown, but NOT ORANGE. Just look at my picture!!!!! it looks soooo horrible.

always went to cut my hair for $80 because I have really long hair longer than my waist and I was always scared that they will mess up on my hair still sense I went to malls I was never really satisfied not with the price or my haircut until I came to this place I have never been so satisfied with my haircut cut my hair to my shoulders and the lady left itamazing $35 only and she struggled so much to cut my hair and treated me very well I really recommend this place instead of going to the mall or any other fancy place save your money and go here they even cut my daughter’s bangs for free !! Are these review fake? I trusted google & yelp’s rating only to be met with the WORST service ever. First of all, I don’t consider myself a high maintenance person at all (I’m usually the type of person who won’t head to the salon until my hair becomes unmanageable). But I was a little surprised when the woman working there sat me down and started cutting my hair without washing my hair. I thought ‘hmmm, okay this is weird’, but I’ve been to places where they washed my hair after cutting it so I thought it was just a personal preference. But then after around 10-15 mins of cutting my hair, she took the bib off me and said she was done. I was a little stunned and further annoyed when I tried to pay but found out it was cash only. On my way to the bank, the annoyance that she didn’t even bother to wash my hair began to seep in. When I finally returned with the cash and paid, I finally asked her if it was normal to not wash one’s hair during a haircut. She was like “oh, we do.” Uhhhh, what? So I asked her why she didn’t bother to wash my hair (because this was the FIRST haircut at a hair salon where I never had my hair washed) and she said that some customers didn’t like it and just assumed I didn’t want one. She then proceeded to offer to wash my hair as I was leaving… I don’t know if she was guilt tripping me or felt bad that I called her out on her laziness. Anyways, it’s been less a week and my hair has so many split ends that I ended up going to another salon nearby. When I told them that the lady here never bothered washing my hair they were just as baffled as me.
