Critical: QualityOwner is very unprofessional. She arrived 1 hr late for my appointment. She completed 90 percent of my hair which took 5 hours and had her cousin finish . She never ask me was it ok for someone else to finish my hair . When my hair was finished I told her I wasn’t satisfied and she refused to fix it at no cost so I took my hair down at her shop . another lady at her shop by the name Niecey , she felt bad about my horrible experience and offered todo a wig install at no cost which was very much appreciated and it looked amazing Service: Hair extensionsOwner is very unprofessional.
