Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Qualityid like to start off by stating this was my favorite nail salon however lately the services offered are terrible. I find it extremely rude to be brushed off & have to be worked on in between other clients. I am paying for a service & understandably would like to receive decent experience. Today I waited 45 minutes for a new set I have acrylic overlay so yes it’s need to be soaked off. The nail tech was bothered by this she said I’d have to wait 40 minutes for a soak off while meanwhile she got started on a new set for someone else. I explained normally takes 20 minutes for a soak off when a nail tech is actually servicing & not putting someone off to the side. This bothered her more. She stated that it was my fault for not saying anything when I arrived. After my soak off was complete she disregarded me once again to finish the other set extremely rude & disappointed I clear expressed my concerns in a polite manner & was treated unkindly. I paid for my soak off & left, I will no longer be returning as it seems like customer experience is not a priority here at all. Fun fact: since the nail salon is soooo busy seems like they forget to disinfect properly just something I noticed while I was seated waiting for my soak off. Anyways if you’re looking for a nail salon that actually cares about the customer service they provide try Veda nails a little pricier but way better service & you get what you pay for. I love my nails. The woman who did them was so sweet and nice. I unfortunately don’t remember her name too well but it was something along the lines of poppy or pappy. She showed me pictures of all different kinds of holiday designs and did the one I asked for. Really recommend her! Nail art

Today was my first time coming to get services here. My sister always has nice nails and feet. Tran did an excellent job! I had ankle surgery at the beginning of the year and it’s still quite tender. She was gentle enough around those trouble areas, but still did an awesome pedicure. I will be back for more services. Pedicure

Tren did my gel manicure and she was amazing. She took her time and was very gentle and meticulous. My cuticles and nails have never looked better! When I was indecisive about colors she went out of her way to paint samples on diff fingernails so I could see how they would look on me. Will definitely be returning.

Me, my mom and daughter(child). Went in today to get our nails done. I got there at 5pm and left at closing. They kept taking other customers, leaving us to wait. When they finally sat us down, they constantly interrupt our service to go attend other customers. When I finally got helped, they kept adding additional costs after quoting a price. I showed her a photograph of what I wanted, the design she painted looked nothing like the pic. When I pointed it out she looked annoyed and refused to give me what I wanted, leaving me unsatisfied. When she was done with my nails, she asked me to go wash my hands. When I came back, a new person was already sitting at my spot. With my wallet, keys and phone exposed infront of the new customer.!!! My mom, age 76, waited even longer then I did for her pedicure. They did not sanitize the foot spa or replaced the bag in the tub. They obviously dont care about sanitation. FYI Covid +Monky Pox +Fungus (DANGER.) I also noticed they dont clean their utensils or SANITIZE CHAIRS!!!. WHEN IT CAME TIME FOR MY CHILD TO GET HER NAILS PAINTED, Near closing time. Exhausted, TIRED AND FUSY. THEY PAINTED GEL ON ONE HAND, and did not put her hand under the light to dry. So it smeard. The Nail Tek told me “Thats why nobody wants to paint her nails.” Not considering she is a child, and how long they made her wait. She ended up refusing to finish her nails. I asked her to remove the gel, and she refused. She said another nail place could remove it! I thought it was very unprofessional to act this way after waiting for so long! I wouldn’t recomend this place to anyone! They were rude and unprofessional.

HIGHLY recommend Gilroy nails, especially Dede for your mani needs. I’ve followed Dede even before she went to Gilroy nails and I love the new location she’s at. Super clean, spacious, everyone is so sweet. I’ve brought friends & my daughter here as well. Never had a bad experience. At first I was not happy about the no appointments can be made but I understand why, it’s because they’re ALWAYS busy! But that’s fine cause I always am able to find a time to see Dede anyway. She’s highly talented & the absolute sweetest!

Have come in for a pedi twice, great job! Brought my mom back second time abd I don’t take her just anywhere randomly. We were way overdue and they fixed us right up! Nice, polite, easy-going. Sometimes there is a wait but sometimes you get right in, but plan ahead because they get busy. They take their time in a good way and do a wonderful job on pedis. Nails, first visit I came for gel powder but got sold on acrylic because I was told “its faster and cheaper in the long run” – I felt rushed and did not like product. But second time I got my usual gel dip powder and Kathy did a great job! They are always respectful and gentle. It is somewhat quiet-ish, not alot of yelling and bantering loudly back and forth like you get in some salons. they help you decide on a color, design, let you see it to approve before continuing. This place is a gem.

This is the best nail salon in gilroy. For starters, it is a beautiful salon. It offers a trendy but classy scene and ample waiting room. This salon does get busy, especially after 2 pm! So be prepared to wait. However, the wait is worth it. There will be someone to greet you and make you comfortable.
