Called to see if I could get in for a last minute blowout, and check for pricing. I told her I was celebrating my birthday this evening. She told me that they had availability, and I then asked how much the blow out would be. She said it would probably be around $55-60. This was just a bit out of my price range so I was thinking about it, and I said “I’m sorry I’m just thinking on it, I don’t think I’ve ever paid that much for a blowout.”

I paid $250 for a Brazilian blowout. Both the two men are very nice and seemed like great people, but I was very dissatisfied with how my hair turned out. I’ve been getting this treatment done for the last 5 years in another city, and it has never faded out so quickly. It’s only been maybe 3 weeks & my hair looks nearly the same as before I got it done. I noticed he wasn’t using very much of the product compared to how much my stylist usually does. It seemed to be a significant amount less – and also he didn’t separate my hair into small enough sections when applying heat. I’m not a hair stylist clearly, but those were two big differences/shortcuts that I noticed that I’m assuming resulted in my ended up not looking like I got a bloutout. 🙁
