I was so lucky to find Gigi after moving to FL. last year. She is friendly and knowledgeable. The salon is clean, quiet and really sets the stage for the wonderful service provided. I have had both facials and massage. I highly recommend you treat yourself to a couple hours of “Me Time” at Gigi’s.

Based on the way the business responds to reviews. It is clear there is a lack of maturity and professionalism with this business. I was thinking about buying a loved one a couple of sessions but after reading the way this company deals with critiques and conflicts I’m turned off.

It seems things are still being established here. Unfortunately my massage started late and ended early. The room was brightly lit for a massage and I could hear everything happening outside the room, including conversation in the next room. The room itself was at the front where the two external walls are essentially the lobby, so you walk out to people sitting right in front of you. The oil used is very thick and definitely needs to be wiped off – I wish a towel had been provided to do so. Then, there was confusion on the tip being a percentage not a dollar amount. Staff is very nice but I would not go back.

I was personally attacked and demeaned by two employees. Do not recommend coming here as their policies and customer service is terrible. Don’t waste your money here like I did unfortunately. There is more, but let’s leave it at that.

Decided to visit here for the first time to get a couples massage. It was my first time getting one and second time for my partner but at a different spa. I got the relaxation and my partner got the therapeutic one…I have to say I enjoyed it! We had a female and a male who’s name I don’t remember but one of them spoke Spanish, they were both very kind and so was the person that checked us in. My partner thought it was better than the other spa. The prices are great too!
