Everyone was really kind and made me feel comfortable! The experience was quick and not too expensive, making my day a lot freer than I thought it would. Not to mention, my hair feels so much better and has plenty of volume. I have incredibly curly hair and Gigi gave me nice suggestions to make my curls lighter and prettier. Definitely recommend and will be coming back!

I have not had my hair cut at Gigi’s Hair Salon, but I feel compelled to leave a review about Gigi. I was traveling to Atlanta and on my way, I decided to stop in Madison for a bite to eat. As I was in the drive thru line, my car’s battery died. Luckily, Gigi was behind me in the drive thru and asked me if I needed help. I told her that I was a long way from home and a long way from my destination and that I needed to replace my battery. Gigi took the time to drive me to Auto Zone (I think it was Auto Zone) so that I could buy a new battery. She then drove me back to my car. I was shocked that someone would take the time to do that for a total stranger. Gig told me that that’s just how the people of Madison are. Always willing to help. I replaced my battery and was on my way. Madison now hold a special place in my heart. If Gigi treats a total stranger that well, I can’t imagine how well she treats her clients.

Gigi is amazing! Although I don’t know her all that well. I can tell you what I have experienced thus far. On her busy day, she not only made room for me. She took time to explain to me what would work best for me, my hair. Since I have curly hair. She prevented me from choosing a style that would leave me looking like a poodle. I received the keratin treatment. The next day, she texted me just to check in. Who does that these days?? Well, she does. She is very personable and real. I felt so welcome by her. I asked if I she could cut my children’s hair. She then stayed open late when she didn’t have too. She told me how to take care of my daughters hair and helped fix it to where it was easy to manage. Gave easy instructions for care. Her pricing was extremely fair for the work. I could go on and on about her. She’s wonderful!
