My first set was a success but my next set I broke 1 nail and when I had it repaired and got an infection. This is when I noticed that they do not clean the tools or use a new file with every client…then 3 more broke 1 week I to a fresh set and I’m still fighting the infection. They do a great job but the cleanliness is not up to standards.

Critical: QualityWent in on a Saturday afternoon for a fill. First of all, the nail tech was rude. He made me feel as if I was bothering him, but that really wasn’t the worst of it. He was really fast, rather rough with the tools, but overall my nails looked OK. I would have even considered going back despite his poor attitude. However, in less than one week, the gel polish started chipping off. Not only on one nail, but on multiple. They looked like trash after one week and it is clear that what they use is of poor quality. Also, my nails were filed super thin. Went in on a Saturday afternoon for a fill. First of all, the nail tech was rude. He made me feel as if I was bothering him, but that really wasn’t the worst of it. He was really fast, rather rough with the tools, but overall my nails looked OK. I would have even considered going back despite his poor attitude. Walked in, asked if they accepted walk ins for nail removal, place was empty, they said they didn’t have the time… I said can I set an appointment they said they wouldn’t have time… smh. I won’t be going back.

Great Service, Priced good, Friendly Environment. I have been a client of Lily’s on and off for 15 years. I have even started bringing my daughter 3 years ago (she’s 6 now) and they do a great job with her as well. I can walk in without an idea for my nails and they help me decide what to do. Or I can come in with an idea and its executed perfectly. I recommend GiGi Nails to everyone I know.

They were extremely rude, and after I confronted them on how rude they were being, it only got worse! They were extremely rude, and after I confronted them on how rude they were being, it only got worse! He used cuticle trimmers that’s weren’t sanitized . Would pull my hands if I moved. The gel nail when done had to so many dents were it didn’t dry properly. He cut my cuticle in three of my fingers that they were in pain to the touch . I will never return or recommend the place to no one .
