After my first review yesterday i went for acrylic nail removal after 3 weeks there Gigi (boss lady)said that this is their policy that if a customer gives them less than 5 stars they won’t serve them. Such a bad attitude towards new customer. Instead of hearing me she said not to come.On other hand other staff members are very Welcoming and professional. I have been coming to this salon last 10 years. Management changed through out the years, but this time around, there has been a lot positive changes. Staff at Gigi nails is always nice and polite. They make you feel like you are part of the family! There is no long wait. They always pamper me and always do exactly what I ask for. Gigi is amazing at doing acrylic nails. There is so many nail colors you can choose from. Ambient is very peaceful and relaxing. I always look forward to doing my nails there.
