Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI would just listen to everyone else on the reviews and choose somewhere else because the same thing happened to me. They don’t know how to do dip (he didn’t even do enough coats as seen in the picture you can see right through my nail) or shape the nail. My nails are now chunky and uneven. I would just listen to everyone else on the reviews and choose somewhere else because the same thing happened to me. They don’t know how to do dip (he didn’t even do enough coats as seen in the picture you can see right through my nail) or shape the nail. My nails are now chunky and uneven. Went 4 days ago for a shellec manicure and pedicure. I still had old shellec on nails at the time. Instead of soaking them, he grinded them all off. Making my nail beds extrmely thin. They didnt soak my nails at all or clean them up. Grinded old polish off, quickly filed and painted. One day after i had a nails done, they start to break. Now four days after, two have broke and lots of the polish is pulling up already.

I went in for a shellac manicure and pedicure and this is not the place for that. Just got them done for an event. Only giving them 3 stars because I didnt have to wait long at all and the staff was friendly. The place inside looked a bit dirty. There was legit nasty clipped nails everywhere like they didn’t vaccum in between clients. Also all of the chairs looked old and dirty, also ripped and nasty. Was upset because the very next day the shellac polish chipped on my right pointer nail. Two days later all of the shellac was coming off as I was washing my hair. It didn’t last long at all. Very disappointed. My pedicure is still holding up though a week later.

This was by far the worst nail salon I have ever been to… My friend and I went to go get pedicures today and I will never go back! The guy that did my nails cuts them way to short (when I specifically asked him not to before we started), he used gel polish on my toes and it was everywhere, all over my cuticles and my skin. It literally looks like a child painted my nails. I could pop off the polish on every single one of my nails right now with one finger if I tired… The guy just didn’t care nor took his time at all just rushed through it and we were the only people there too, so it wasn’t like he had other people to work on.And to make it all worse he didn’t even rub my feet or legs, idk about anybody else but thats my favorite part. Idk very disappointed that I just wasted 45 bucks

Tried this place on a whim because it’s a more convenient location then where I normally go. Was very happy with my nails and service and will be switching to this nail salon for future . This place is horrible, they do not know what they are doing. It would be one thing if the prices were cheaper than other salons, then at least I could say “You get what you pay for.” But I paid the same $45 that I pay anywhere else for better quality.Please note I am not super picky and often visit salons as a walk-in. Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI got my nails done. I asked for a full set of gel. Literally 2 days after i got them done a nail broke off. Then i realized they used acrylic not gel. Woke up this morning shut my bedroom door & another nail broke. Never again. Never had problems with nails falling off.
