Pedicure was meh at best. I never learn my lesson about going elsewhere when my usual place can’t get me in. There was two guys working on me & another customer. Same pedicure. Charged the other person $50 and charge me $65. We only had different polish colors. Also they kept laughing & talking to each other. It made me & the customer next to me extremely uncomfortable. I’ll not be going back.

From the start this place was very odd. I came with a friend she wanted a fill and I want a full set. First thing when we walked in we were yelled at by a woman eating from across the store. She sat me at a station first, then left me for a little bit. A younger man starts doing my nails and my friend is finally getting started. The man doing my nails checked his phone at least 10 times and took 3 phone calls. The woman who was doing my friends nails left her for a good 20-30 minutes just sitting while she started on a different customer. They were very very rough on my hands ( my hands still hurt typing this). The nail art was horrible. My friend asked for a simple s and it looked terrible. she went back in to get her money back they refused so we left I am very unsatisfied and I think it deserves the one star don’t recommend. I will not be going back.

I’ve been coming here for more than two years now. I only work with Le, so I cannot really comment on other staff members. I will occasionally have someone soak my nails or start a pedicure while I am waiting for him. I like that they help each other out when it gets busy. The shop is always clean and they have COVID-19 precautions in place. Le is very outgoing and patient with all my design requests; we talk and joke every time I’m there!

Signed in and was not acknowledged again for about 35 minutes. I ended up having to leave because I would have been late for work. If there’s a long wait they should let you know how long instead of letting us all sit there and waste our time.

The nail salon could use a bit of updating. The nail techs are not friendly and debate over who’s taking which customer. My nails took 2.5 hours for a basic pedicure and a full set. The turned out looking great but 3 days after I noticed my index finger was swollen and had dots on it. I caught an infection

Was not impressed with any of the employees. Became aggressive when I disliked how my nails were cut with my pedicure; cut my pinky toe with the nail file. Did not use the “grater” on the heels or balls of feet. Will not go back on my next trip to Michigan.

The service was great and I felt fairly priced. Pedicure was great. I’m docking 3 stars because I asked specifically for Shellac and they used Gel. I am very disappointed because I don’t want to ruin my nails to remove a polish when I stated I wanted shellac and not a gel polish.
