Best medspa I’ve ever been to. My cystic acne has always embarrassed me, I’ve used a variety of skincare and never found anything to work. GIGI have transformed my skin and outlook completely! Not only do they recommend great products carefully selected for my skin but the treatment they provide are amazing! I’m hesitant for anyone to extract my acne but she do so with ease! I’ve tried other places and they don’t come close! Wonderful staff and beautiful treatment rooms. Basically perfection! Love this place 🙂

I’ve had two laser hair removal services so far, and they have been wonderful! no pain, and very kind people. i saw an immediate difference after one treatment and my under arm hair is very thick and dark, after the first treatment i went four whole days without having to shave and my underarms are starting to look lighter! id recommend them to anyone!!

Such wonderful customer service. Such nice people to speak with and very helpful. They know what they are doing. I have tried another laser hair removal service before and didn’t like any of the experience. This place is different and definitely worth going to for laser hair removal. Highly recommended.

I had such high hopes for my services here, and am SO deeply disappointed. I had 7 sessions overall (6 with the Groupon and 1 I paid for out of pocket), and I’d say I’ve seen maybe a 10-15% reduction in hair. I still have to shave every day, if I want to wear a tank top. All of the technicians were nice, but client education was lacking. At my 7th session, the tech mentioned I should not be wearing deodorant, as that can hinder results. No one had ever told me that, and I’d had deodorant on for all 7 sessions! I do wonder if that is why it hasn’t worked? I reached out to the company via email to ask how to proceed and to mention the lack of results and frustration over the lack of communication re: the deodorant (or any instructions, really). I never heard back. I want to do a few more sessions without deodorant to see if that would help, but I don’t think I could return and sink more money into this clinic at this point, and could not recommend this business to anyone.

Gigi and her staff are very helpful and know what there talking about. I have been dealing with stubborn face acne for about a year now and drug store remedies were not working. After a facial treatment and taking home one of there topicals I finally found some relief in clear skin results. They gave advice on maintaining results and even showed me how to get rid of scaring with a product not even from the store. They’re service was nothing but sincere and effective. Thank you guys !

My daughter Madison started coming as a recommendation from her medical dermatologist for microdermabrasion services. We originally purchased a Groupon to try their services and fell absolutely in love with the office and staff. We now come on a regular 2 week basis. Luma and Gigi are absolutely wonderful and professional!! Gigi’s husband is welcoming and accommodating. I would HIGHLY recommend their facials and microdermabrasion services!! The atmosphere is calming and modern. They are up to date on all of the latest procedures and equipment.

i went to get laser hair removal because i have pcos and hair growth on my face . when i got in facility she did a consultation and told me i was a great candidate ..the first red flag was that she took me to the laser room and SAT ME IN ONE OF THE CHAIRS FROM THE WAITING AREA …my spouse was also with me and we didn’t know that my spouse needed glasses to be in the room to protect her eyes (she never got any , none of the times we were there ) then she proceeds to rub all of this jelly lubricant on my face and took the machine out that still had lubricant from a previous patient and tried to use it on me.i had already paid my money and there was no refunds so i just told her to wipe it and we proceeded. i did 5 sessions and had no hair loss at all !! she then explained to me after the 5th treatment that i would need more treatments than i had already purchased because of my pcos (me not knowing and tired of dealing with facial hair said okay and agreed to pay)after about 3 more treatments i stopped going there b/c at this point i feel like she bamboozled me and she really was just in it for the money and she kept making excuses about women with pcos have a hard time getting hair removed because of the condition .. please do not go here for lazor hair removal ..you will be highly disappointed.
