This guy does good hair there. But, everytime that I come he has an excuse for why he can’t cut my sons hair. I guess you can behave that way if you are the owner. We came in one time right before he was getting ready to leave and he told my son he was getting ready to leave. Come on he could’ve cut his hair before he left for the day..that’s good customer service 2 or 3 times we have been turned down for a haircut…I come when it’s convenient for me to get there…

This owner has been in business for years! Formally known as “Gifted Cutz” takes walk-ins and not just about taking clients money! My Daughter’s hair was damaged, we walked into Gifted Stop and shown image of hair style she we wanted. They washed her hair, blow dry and assessed condition of hair. He advised us to go too Salon stylist to get hair cut first, then he will fade and cut design style.

Went in for my usual flat top from Jesse and came out with a buzz cut and missing half of my eyebrow. Informed Jesse and his response was okay find another barber. I wasn’t even mean about it. I just wanted him to know so that he could be a little more attentive to his customers. Very sad seeing as there are so many shops in Lake Wales.
