I’ve been suffering through a migraine for 2weeks now, and after an ER and Primary care visit I decided to try massage therapy. I texted the number from the website and Britnee graciously got me in within a hour. She was on time , pleasant and her pricing is affordable! Her parlor decor was very nice and clean and she gives a wonderful massage!! Even tho I’m not cured yet ! I definitely noticed a difference and will be returning Soon!!

Critical: Communication, ProfessionalismHad a scheduled 90 minute massage today Britney was a no-show and her phone number and the business phone number are both out of service. Had a scheduled 90 minute massage today Britney was a no-show and her phone number and the business phone number are both out of service. Although she did give a good massage she was always late and would show up 15 minutes late when you should have been on the table at 10:30. if I am not contacted and received credit for the money I already prepaid for a 90-minute massage I will not only file a complaint with the better business bureau but I will file a claim in small claims Court as well.

Britnee is wonderful! I’ve been going to her for almost a year now. I had an 8 level spinal fusion years back and she is the best masseuse I’ve gone to since my surgery; no one else compares. 5/5 would recommend!

Had a Groupon for a 90 minute massage, showed up early, called about 5x, no answer. Finally just left a voicemail, canceled the Groupon and left, then got a call 17 minutes after my scheduled apt asking if I was still outside. Really weird.

I’d give a zero if i could. I bought a groupon for my co workers birthday in October, at first i was told they don’t except groupons (even tho its all over there site they do) they told me to get a refund, i explained i couldn’t. (before i printed the groupon it said no refunds) so they finally agreed to take her. i gave them her name. She called and left a message. Finally after a couple weeks she was able to make an appt. The day of they email her and say they have to cancel due to “an inspection” and can’t see her till they get “clearance.” Weeks go by no one calls her, no one reschedules. She calls them back and again leaves a message. Still no response. It’s now February and another co worker gets groupons for a massage and facial, not knowing what we’d already been dealing with. For some reason her groupons were accepted and she was seen with in a week…… since October we were trying to get her seen groupon even extended the expiration date and she had been given the run around, ignored, no return calls nothing…… unprofessional. She lost out on a massage and I lost out on my money….. and too this day no phone call or e mail. No one has reached out.
