If I could give no stars I would !!!! Back in 2012 I got a relaxer from this lady my hair literally fell out and she still charged me for the service my hair completely fell out hear me when I say my hair was falling out as she applied the relaxer other stylist told me she used and old perm for my hair. Do not go here go elsewhere!!!!! I finally am able to make a review it was so traumatic for me I needed braids that couldn’t even be parted correctly due to hair loss I think the board should come see this lady her hands are not gifted they are cursed !!!! I will never take this post down she charged me for a service that damaged my long and growing hair !

Ms. Shonda never misses! I’ve been with her since middle school, I’m 21 now, and she’s always taken care of me. I’ve tried other stylists and always end up going right back to Gifted Hands. From straightening, taking care of and styling my natural hair, to box braids and frontals, Ms. Shonda will get you right every time. She also does other services such as massage, nails, and even has her own dance studio. Shonda is truly a talented woman who knows what she is doing and loves to serve her community. I highly recommend her!

Fast forward two years later and I finally took the leap and let me just say it’s the best leap I’ve taken! Mrs. Scott is very knowledgeable when it comes to all types of hair. I was looking for a good stylist to give me a protein treatment. Shanda does have gifted hands. She was very knowledgeable about hair care. She gave me instructions on how to take care of my hair until the next time I see her. I didn’t have to wait long to get my hair done and the salon was very clean and smelled nice. I definitely was one happy client and will be returning.
