At Gifted Hands , we work as a team. Our owner Nikki Goodlow has such a passion for her career in the Hair Industry that she only continues to grow in knowledge. Nikki currently holds a license in cosmetology, including A master instructor license in cosmetology. In 2017 she Taught classes at the Image Expo Dallas Hair show. She teaches all of the stylist, in her salon unique detailing that she has mastered over the course of 15 years. Our goal is to make sure that every client leaves feeling fabulous & Loved! Let me begin by saying that I’ve used this place in the past and it was great. Great service and exactly what I wanted done was done with my hair and beard… This morning is different. I came in right at open and I know, because I didn’t make a reservation I’d be waiting. So I sit down expecting at minimum “It’ll be a while, but you can wait. ” Nothing. If they would have acknowledged me at all I’d still be there waiting on my cut. No one talked to me or said anything until I got up to leave… They must have said something as I was leaving (I have bad tinnitus and can’t hear well, especially if something is said behind me) because when I got to my truck and turned around I had someone following me. He said, “We have someone on the way, she’s just picking something up.” I let him know that I was in there for 45 minutes with not one word from one person who was working there. His face showed that he understood and I left. I’m not saying this isn’t a great shop I’m saying the customer service is terrible. I don’t expect a lot and I know they have people in their chairs that they need to pay attention to. One statement or acknowledgement and I’d probably be writing a review saying how great they are.

The staff was wonderful and the service was awesome! The boss Nikki Goodlow really did magic to my hair. It’s best salon in town so far. They have great prices and they scheduled me in really quick.
