Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, QualityBEWARE! The owner of this salon is incredibly unprofessional, not only will they stop between doing your hair to do other things but the quality is horrible. I went for butterfly locs and showed a picture of what I wanted. My hair was not done how I asked, thought it came out Okay the locs were falling out the next day from the root of my head and the bottom of the locs after sitting over 6 hours getting my hair done and paying almost 300$. I then had to go back two days later for my hair to be fixed and still be falling out the moment I got home from not being properly tucked/wrapped. The owner then said she would not do a refund but instead do a different style since she was “sorry” my hair was not up to quality. They seemed to be very understanding till the day it came to fix my hair. My appointment was at 11 and she called my 3 times around 8 asking me to come in at 10. After having to work on her time for her employees mistake, I was told not to bring my child when I am her primary care taker and may I not she is a very good baby! She also sent me to pick up the hair myself. I arrived two minutes late due to trying to find parking on the busy street and she had contact me VERY RUDELY telling me I am playing with her time, she will not fix my hair, she will not give me any type of refund, and to not come into the shop. I had taken out all of my hair and woke up early rushing just to get my hair she said she would fix be done. She then continued to try and call my phone after I messaged her that this service was unprofessional and to have a good day. Truly upsetting. So unprofessional.
