I booked an appointment more than a month in advance and received both confirmation and reminder. When my appointment arrived no one was there. I called multiple times and waited 15 minutes but no one arrived. Last year I had a great experience with the luxury facial but to not cancel the appointment or call to let me know something last minute came up is incredibly unprofessional. I took time off work for the appointment. Will not book again.

The services I booked were a surprise for my moms birthday but when she showed up, no one was there. I called multiple times, emailed and sent a message through Facebook with no response. After my mom waited over 30 minutes and no one showed up, she left. This was very disappointing and unprofessional to not even reach out.
