Very clean, friendly and professional. I went for my first facial with extraction and didn’t feel uncomfortable at all. The process included a cleaning, exfoliation, steam to open my pores, black&white head extraction than a hydration mask. The waiting area is very simple and stylish, with water and coffee readily available. Parking on site.

It was a really nice place. I felt rushed throughout the entire process. I went for a consultation and once finished she jumped into the facial. Giving me no time to decide. I really didn’t like the lady taking care of me was really rough on my skin “I’m polish you’re going to hate me”. I never heard of such thing. This lady also used gloves on my face and that was a first for me. I had to ask her to change gloves since she kept touching every machine, going outside touching doors and then my face. As if that wouldn’t make my acne worse. The facial was supposed to be for acne and had some extractions, she did a few extractions and moved on. Again the processed was rushed. She was also not personable either quiet and on the phone. I do not recommend getting anything done with her.
