Giannetta was so much fun to work with! The ladies in my wedding party (about a 15 people ranging in age from 4 to 70 with a range of skin tones and hair textures) reserved the salon for the morning of my wedding. Janet, the owner, made us fresh banana bread and let us bring food and drinks. We had a blast getting ready together. The space was big, clean, and comfortable. The Giannetta stylists and makeup artists had great energy and attitudes as my chaotic crew descended upon them. We had partially figured out the services we wanted but requested all sorts of changes in the days leading up to it and the day of. They rolled with it and figured things out on the fly. In the end everyone looked so gorgeous, and we felt beautiful! Major shout outs to Dominque, who did my bridal hair on my wedding day and my hair trial, and Janet, the owner, who did my makeup. Stevie was also wonderful to coordinate with leading up to the day. They are even shipping me the items we forgot and left behind. Love Giannetta, highly recommend, and would definitely work with them again. Thank you!!!

Booked an appointment weeks ago for a blowout for a wedding. Arrived on time. Waited 30 minutes for the stylist to finish his current appointment. By the time he finished, the appointment after me had arrived at which time he whispered something to the stylist manning the front desk and completely ignored me to take the next client. When I inquired who my appointment was with and when it would be happening the stylist at reception explained that the stylist I was scheduled with, “didn’t have time” for my blowout and that she would be doing it instead. She did a great job and it was very nice of her to take over. I realize a blowout is less of a priority than a color appointment but it’s a priority for the client who booked it and is paying for it. Scheduling mishaps happen, running behind happens-completely understandable. However, after waiting half an hour cutting into my own schedule, an explanation and an apology from the stylist would have been appreciated. Salon services are too expensive for such a rude and unprofessional experience. I would be embarrassed if I recommended this business to someone and they had a similar experience.
