We have been serving our community since January 2021. What would it be like if you had the hair of your dreams? We are a micro salon specializing in healthy, natural-looking blonding. Our talented artists are here to give you the ultimate guest experience. We believe that you should feel comfortable, cozy, and relaxed. This is why we take one guest at a time per stylist. We want your experience to be all about you! You can have a coffee, snacks, a glass of wine, or work if you have to. We pride ourselves on excellent consultations, modern color techniques, precision dry hair cuts, and confident building blow outs and curls. We can’t wait to meet you! We are a digitally ran salon. Booking is via online or email only.

She has transformed my crazy, box-dyed hair in the first pic to the beautiful blonde in the last! I let my hair go for entirely too long, it was dead and had no shape at all. I came to see Lauren and she did a bonding treatment and cut. It was a very comfortable experience and my hair looks amazing! The cost was more than reasonable and it’s always nice to support someone from the area who’s building a business and following their passion. Finding a new hairstylist can be scary but you can definitely trust Lauren!

Such a great experience! The atmosphere is relaxing & laid back. Lauren really listens to your vision of how you want your hair to look and executes perfectly. My hair is what I envisioned and I will definitely be a returning client for all my future hair needs. There’s even a great loyalty program for purchasing products! Gezellig Salon provides a personal touch when it comes to their clients, I even received a handwritten letter in the mail after my visit from Lauren! Highly recommend Xo.

I used to think I didn’t enjoy chatting during a hair cut or highlights because I’m antisocial and don’t enjoy small talk. Well, I am still antisocial and don’t enjoy small talk, but now I know the real reason I didn’t enjoy salon chats is that I couldn’t hear anything! Not so, at Gezellig Salon. Lauren, the owner, has created a cozy and welcoming space where somehow the vibe and the acoustics allow for actual conversation. So, I was able to thoroughly enjoy my time with Sam while she highlighted my long, thick hair, and then trimmed it into shape. The cut and color are lovely. I wish I had asked for the color to start closer to my part, but that’s on me. I’m going back in a few weeks for a Brazilian blowout, which I’m nervous about (nobody really likes formaldehyde), but I trust Gezellig to have ventilation in mind. The salon is small and not fancy, and it could use a space heater for when the sun goes down and the wind starts up, but it’s perfectly comfortable and makes for an authentic and personal experience.
