Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueThis was my first time waxing, and I hadn’t shaved in months. I was afraid of getting judged on how much hair I had, especially since I have dark and thick hair. But, Nichole and Ashley were spectacular! I’ve never felt so welcome and their jokes were hilarious, which helped keep the session non-awkward and lighthearted! They warned me of the different stages of hair growth and were very informative in general about the whole process! They also took me right when I came in even though I came in more than 15 minutes before my appointment! I will definitely continue waxing because of them. If I weren’t moving in a few days, I would definitely turn into a regular client. Thank you both so much for a comfortable and relaxing experience. This was my first time waxing, and I hadn’t shaved in months. I was afraid of getting judged on how much hair I had, especially since I have dark and thick hair. But, Nichole and Ashley were spectacular! I’ve never felt so welcome and their jokes were hilarious, which helped keep the session non-awkward and lighthearted! I’m so happy she’s moved back to California because she is just the best!!! The hydro-facial was so relaxing and was such a good investment for my skin. I thought I took good care of my skin, but when she showed me what she extracted – I knew this is something I’m going to have to keep coming back to to really keep my face REALLY clean! She left my skin feeling soft and supple. The products I got to take home and the samples she shared were just “icing on the cake”. One of my longest friends Ashley is an esthetician with Get Waxxed. I’m so happy she’s moved back to California because she is just the best!!! The hydro-facial was so relaxing and was such a good investment for my skin. I thought I took good care of my skin, but when she showed me what she extracted – I knew this is something I’m going to have to keep coming back to to really keep my face REALLY clean! Critical: ProfessionalismI had an appointment for wax on Monday, my toddler woke up sick and I couldnt take her to school so i contacted Nichole to let her know that i need to reschedule to Wednesday at 1 pm.Wednesday morning, my daughter woke up still congested, so due to the school policy, I couldn’t send her to school again. I contacted Nichole at 7 am to let her know. I didnt want to cancel on her last minute, so i let her know super early that my daughter is still slightly sick, so out of respect to her and due to the pandemic, i asked her to either reschedule, or If I can bring my daughter with me in a mask, and let her wait for me in the waiting room if canceling would be a nuisance. I didnt hear from Nichole, until 9 am, when i received an automated message from Vegaro, without any communication from her end, nichole marked me as “No Show” although i still had 4 more hours until my appointment, and charged me full service fee plus $25 extra for an unknown reason!!I texted her thinking it was a glitch from her booking system, she confirmed to me that she did cancel my appointment and charged me full service fee for canceling within 12 hours from my appointment time. I asked her why she charged me $25 more on top of the full service fee, she said she would look into it and never got back to me to appologize, or correct the charge.Very disappointed in the way she handled this. I tried my best to be courteous and respectful, only to be slammed in the face with her unprofessionalism, and blunt reaction.will not be going back for sure!!If Life happens, be prepared to pay full service charge and some $$$ extra on top of it!!Edit: Replying to Nichole’s message, your fees didn’t increase since this past Sunday.. did it??In fact, your booking site still shows $50 for full legs & $20 for bikini line.
