This review is being written after experiencing 5 bad interactions at this setting. All interactions were involving the crashing of their computers and the poor management of their customers who had paid for services and the services were lost. I can’t even begin to TELL YOU the depth and time spent for me JUST TO TRY TO RECOVER 3 different packages that I bought here. YOU CANNOT MAKE THIS CIRCUS UP. I hope that others will see this, that screwed out of sessions and will stand up for themselves. Unbelievable behavior. Over $300. Out the window. Because I was one of the “lucky ones” that lost sessions with both computer problems. After the 3rd attempt to get this handled….I’m thinking….:”is it worth $300? To sit and look across the desk at a person for a half an hour and ACCOMPLISH NOTHING. Nope. I can’t go in there one more time and see her shuffle her papers around like she’s actually interested in providing honest customer service. I overheard many others trying to get similar issues resolved related to the “CRASH” . I TRULY, TRULY hope that others were able successfully resolve their losses. Mine was all paid in cash. Which is unfortunate for me. Fortunate for her. I guess it’s my gift to her. Happy Birthday/Merry Christmas….or Whatever

Absolutely love Get Tan! All of the staff are super friendly and the customer service is exceptional! They take the time to answer my questions and not act annoyed or short with me. One evening I walked in right before closing and they were accommodating and insisted I stay and tan instead of pushing me out the door. The salon is always clean and they always have great specials. I highly recommend this salon!!

I have been with this Tanning Salon for 10+ years! Most of the staff has been around 5+ years. I think all of them are friendly and make you feel comfortable. The beds are awesome, prices are decent-you pay for what you get!Spray Tanning is one of my new obsessions.

Iv’e been tanning here regularly for 5+ years. Good variety of lay down and stand up beds, and power levels. The staff is awesome and friendly. Buying your sessions in quantities like I do will save you money. Highly recommend.

Do not ever use the suana at this location. She tried to over charge me but lucky me i read wmthe website.&The radio doesnt work. The temp only went up to 56, no steam. Barely did anything . i dont think a bigger person would fit inside it would be very uncomfortable plus im tiny n i sinply crossed my legs and got cutt because they have 5 tiny nails sticking out of the door inside . and only give u a bunch of hand towels yo wipe ur sweat off with not even a shower. Would not recommend.
