Customer Service at an all time low. I have been going to this nail salon for a year and had a horrible experience this afternoon. I was unhappy with the top coat of my nails and kindly asked the gentleman to re do it. He told me that my nails are perfect and I’m too picky. I showed him the bubbles in my nails and he said it was my fault because I chose a bad color. He was angry and yelling at me in front of the the other salon clients waiving his hands with frustration . He refused to re do my top coat so another woman helped me. Super disappointing.

Nice relaxing atmosphere and most of the time you can book an appointment at the last minute. I’ve had acrylic nails last 2 months and some they didn’t last the week. The female takes her time and is very attentive and does great design work. The man is too fast and doesn’t pay attention to detail. His design work leaves a lot to be desired. My granddaughters enjoyed their manicures and loved the attention.

Book your appointment with Cami or the owner(can’t remember her name), they are amazing! I had the new lady today and I’m less than thrilled. She cut my nails so short they hurt and she didnt even put a top coat on my nails! The salon is a really cute. They just added massage chairs in the back room for you to sit in while they work on your nails…so relaxing!

They do NOT sanitize their utensils! Be aware! I watched the guy wipe his cuticle cutter off with a fresh, dry paper towel after he used it on a woman and put the rubber tip on and put in his drawer only to pull out for next person!! Also, this is the most miserable staff I’ve ever seen. Short with their clients, rude and rough! One guy did a gel manicure from start to finish in maybe 20 minutes- I had a polish change and it took longer! Won’t be going back.

I have lived in the Roaring Fork valley for 35 years, and it’s been very difficult finding a nail salon, where I am comfortable, where the setting is relaxed and quiet, and the work impeccable! Get Polished is the place! I love this great salon! I get my nails done by the amazing Louis and Amy is a delight to communicate with. It is so worth driving from Snowmass to glenwood, and the scheduling is on time, you book online and they keep appointment times which is so awesome! Thank you for your excellent business and beautiful service ❤️

I had to go back 3 days in a row because my nail gems kept falling out. I didnt get the color I’d asked for, instead was suggested and given something I did not want. No parking, on a busy street. Nails were uneven and brittle. I had high hopes for this place and I was let down. Been getting my nails done for a year now with a lady at savvy nails and never looked back.
