TIFFANY IS THE GOAT!!!! This establishment is amazing and so darn clean!!! But back to Tiffany… she may be newer but so sweet and willing to take time with you! I gave her freedom to pick my nail shape and design. I can’t keep jewels on my nails for nothing but Tiffany still put em on. I definitely watched the other women work and pick any because they are all professional and on point.

I had a 6pm appointment for which I arrived early. My pedicure had to wait until 7:15pm because of inconsideration toward me. Another customer was allowed to trample all over my appointment time. Why have customers make appointments, if the appointment isn’t going to be honored? The pedicure was nice, yet rushed, and was not quite the deluxe I was promised. I made the best of it, since I needed a pedicure. I was promised a free manicure on my next visit. That would mean going back and I’m not going back. I have to mention that $5 was taken off of a pedicure that should have been free, yet there seemed to be no understanding that it is wrong to be inconsiderate of people’s time in that way. Discounts and free don’t make up for wrong. Be mindful to treat ALL customers with consideration, if you genuinely want your business to thrive. Peace and take care.
