I walked in with a very bad haircut from a different salon. In tears, I asked Natalie if she could help me and fix it. She immediately took me in and within an hour her and Tiffany made me smile with the best haircut possible from the original disaster I walked in with. THANK YOU soooooo much!!! Had a hair cut and color with Tiffany for my curly hair. Hair cut was fine but the hair color was terrible. It was uneven, spoltchy and had several spots in random places that turned pink–including at my roots that should have been all dark brown. To her credit, when I called and told her that something was very wrong, she said I could come back in. She said something went wrong with her red dye (I didn’t ask for any red coloring) but I don’t know how that explains the bad color placement. After another 2+ hours, color was still not looking good and still completely uneven. I now have blonde-ish highlights on the right and brown-ish on the left, but at least no pink spots.
