I had an amazing experience at Gervais! Christine was my stylist and she took excellent care of my from start to finish. From the pre wash interview and amazing neck and scalp massage to the warmed towel during the wash, every detail was thought through and it made the whole experience so enjoyable. I also LOVED my haircut. Definitely the best haircut I’ve ever gotten. I will be telling everyone to go see Christine!

Kristin will be my new hairdresser! I am very happy, after the consultation we had today to review my hair cut & color which will be done August 17th. Kristin was SO attentive & wrote everything down in a notebook. She is happy to duplicate the color formula used by my prior (now retired) hairdresser and she is fine with my requests for my haircut. I am 71 and have tried every hairdresser suggestion but what works for me is a simple cut for my straight hair and natural appearing highlights. Not all hairdressers are willing to do that. Kristin is a precision hair cutter who allows enough time for cut and color to get them right. I am thrilled I found her.

I had a great experience, it wasn’t crowded.. it was friendly non snooty atmosphere..Sierra was my stylist and did an amazing job. I also Love that the salon is pretty much carbon neutral.. donating to McKenzie River Trust and recycling all the plastics used in the salon.. and even recycling the hair that falls on the floor and hair color that is left over after mixing.. Impressed! I will go back!

This was my first time here and experienced my first ever facial. I was so impressed! I was greeted with a choice of hot tea or citrus infused water as I waited. Everything was very clean and decorated to be calm and inviting. The gal who helped me, Ruby, was so sweet and walked me through what to expect for my first facial. She did amazing work and my face is absolutely glowing! I can’t wait to go back again!!! Would recommend to anyone looking for a high quality spa experience!

This was my first time getting my hair done at Gervais Salon. All the staff were extremely friendly, as was the front desk gal. If you go to Gervais try their TEA! Hands down best tea I have had in a long time. I even bought a box it to take home. My stylist, Kelsey is just amazing. She set up a consultation with me first to ask questions about my hair history. Kelsey is very easy to communicate with, will put you at ease and I trust her with my hair color and cut. She also gives THE best scalp massages! Looking forward to my next visit.
