We got in speedy quick. Amy was great I am always so scared to get a hair trim from previous experiences with other salons but Amy and I communicated really good and she was extremely helpful and trimmed my hair perfectly and my husband had gotten a haircut as well 10/10 definitely will be back both haircuts and people were so nice! I really want to like this place. Been there multiple times and it has never been awesome. The monthly deal is great, stylish are pleasant and nice, the wait list is horrible, and the cuts not consistent. It wait list doesn’t not give you and estimated wait time, so good luck planning around it. Wait 3 hours after being told about 1.5 hour wait time on a recent visit. When I finally did get called in, I was asked to take a different stylist than the one I wanted.. On my most recent visit today, I ask the Stylish not to thin my mustache, but for some reason she did it anyway and also managed gap the edge off it… Now I have a bald spot in my mustache, and the day before Thanksgiving…! Thx, now I get to look like a fool infront of all my friends and family for the holiday.. Worst part is, there’s no fix for it. I walk in to this place with the intention of looking better when I left, but I feel I look worst now… buyer beware.., could be good could be bad..

The Ladies were very nice! But my hair is two different lengths. Under neath my hair it’s short, and the rest of my hair is long. I was worried about getting a hair cut for that reason. It looks more healthy than it did before, but it’s very choppy and doesn’t look to good. They didn’t even try to blend their mistake. I asked the lady “how much do u think I need to cut off” and she said “we are looking around 2 or 3 inches” I was expecting it to be like 1 inch. But when I told her “but I want my hair to be long still.” She said “it will be okay.” It’s like I didn’t have a choice, she just cut to much off. And didn’t even try to blend her mistake underneath my hair. I am a little upset because it took me so long to get my hair long, and now it’s not so long. :(.

Absolutely rude customer service. The older woman with gray hair at the front counter was rude whenever I attempted to sign in. She swung her arms to motion me back to the car. Like a child. This customer service will not survive in Columbia county. This woman absolutely should be fired. I would not recommend this business to anyone within our community based on the experience I received today. Do better. Zero stars.

Love this business model! For the price of one haircut I can get a monthly subscription and have as many wash and cuts as I want. Love the hot facial towel. All the ladies do a good job on my curly/wavy hair. Since I can get it cut anytime I’m experimenting more with summer hairstyles. Thanks Georgia Cuts for being so much fun!
