I’ve been seeing Dr. Remishofsky for years and have never once had a single complaint. His office staff is always friendly, quick to respond to calls and happy to put me in touch with Dr Remishofsky as soon as possible. Dr Remishofsky is not only a wealth of skin care knowledge but as down to earth as they come and so genuinely caring. He has always been more than happy to answer any questions or concerns that I’ve had. Simply cannot say enough good things about him! I have been going to this office for over 5 years. The Drs are nice, but it’s annoying how they run the office. Nothing is digital except for appointment reminders. It used to be common in the medical industry to be behind in tech but it’s hard ignore it today. They require you to fill out all sorts of paper work over and over again. I have had my ID and insurance copied every year even though they don’t change. I always thought it was weird they require you to have a credit card on file too. Only medical facility I have visited that requires it. It’s hard if you have an HSA/FSA where funds are limited.

It was my first time back at a Dermatologist in about 5 years. Compared to my old dermatologist in which I had to wait at least 2 hours past my appointment time that I was actually seen and the Dr had horrible bedside manner and was very short with me. They were more concerned about having high patient volume rather then supporting their patients. Jennifer Schaeff was my Dr and she was very helpful and had great bedside Manner. I will be coming back in the future as needed 🙂

I had just left my family doctor who recommended I see the dermatologist for a skin issue. I stopped by to set the appointment and to see if I could get lucky and get in and the waiting room was very busy. The lady at the desk(sorry I didn’t get her name) informed me they were extremely busy around the start of school and said she would give me the paperwork to bring back when I they could get me scheduled. Once she noticed where i live, she told me she would figure out how to get me in that day and sure enough they did and quickly. I saw Dr. Frank who I have seen before and he is very pleasant to talk with and is very good at what he does. I greatly appreciate the terrific service i was shown!
