Given so many positive reviews and recommendations, I decided to try George’s salon. I had long hair and needed a haircut; I had a reference image of what I desired. On looking at the picture – George just glanced, ignored, and said it wasn’t possible and could only be done by styling.

I booked appointment with Suky at 4pm three days ago. After consultation, I wanted to do highlight. They said that highlight takes longer time and color only takes 30min. She said it takes more money. Money was not the issue here. I have a big event tomorrow. I have never experienced such thing. I never knew coloring takes 30 min and highlight takes longer hour. Even if it does, Its insane that they can’t do that. They booked me at 4pm and book someone at 4:30pm. I had to leave without doing anything. I am in big trouble for tomorrow. Felt so helpless. Poor customer service. Would never ever recommend anyone.
