Very NASTY owners. They are Not welcoming at all. Made an appt 4 days ago with the son ( who is also nasty and snotty), and they didn’t have my appointment. The owner got mad at me for being upset. They keep upping the prices and don’t tell the clients; I pointed out to him that salons generally have prices listed. George the owner barked at me and told me that Costco does that too. I didn’t realize L&G was like Costco! I also pointed out to him hat Costco lists their prices. I get a very uncomfortable vibe there. If you decide to go there, brace yourself. There are too many other local salons that I can support. I feel bad for the technicians for dealing with him every single day.

I go to George’s constantly. The service is always professional and reliable. George employs the most energetic and happy staff. There is always an occasion happening. Amy’s AMAZING jewelry creations are always original and complimentary. For all the haters, please take your negative energy elsewhere. My family and I will continue to go there for all of our services. Also, the prices are comparable to all other Salons. It’s expensive to be cheap☆

Great prices and speedy service. Got a long-lasting wax done and had my eyebrows threaded for the first time (at their suggestion – I was planning to wax them). The threading was actually faster and less painful than waxing and didn’t leave my eyes with wax bits, puffiness, or redness. I’ll definitely be back!

Worst experience I have ever had. I’ve only had Brazilian wax done two other times and have never walked out with wax still stuck to me and hair still there . The woman was basically running out the door while I was getting dressed and the room was packed with stuff that she couldn’t even go around the table. The salon it’s self is full of junk and seems to be doing every service possible . It reminds me of a gypsy store then a hair salon I would never ever recommend this place to anybody as a Long beach resident for the past 20+ years

I was there years ago his wife ripped ne off for $60! We discuss a price with the guy George than she never told me the price infront of other customers she punched in to a simple calculator and put it under my nose they gave diff price for diff customer l guess depends how rich u look like!!my hair wasnt blonde it was cheap yellow awful worst experience in my life!!!! Scammers!big time!!!charging taxes l never saw tge recite please don’t go there!!!….

This is the worst place ever! I used to go there and get my hair done with Nekky all the time and then she quit because of the owners BS all the time, For all those that don’t know she no longer works there and if they tell you that they will make an appointment with her please don’t believe it, She is working at Avi’s Salon In long beach for who ever is looking for her. Please go see her there. She is the best and this establishment never deserved her.

The town dump. Unfriendly cold workers. Ladies you can get a good cheap blowout anywhere these days. These people are clueless. And they burn hair. Don’t clean up your house for 3 months that’s what this place looks like.
