Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, QualityI bought a Groupon for a shampoo, cut and “deep conditioning treatment”. For starters my first impression of the actual salon is how absolutely disgusting and messy it is. He is not professional in any way and puts no effort in making his salon look presentable. The sinks look like they have never been washed….ever. When you spend the money going to a salon it is supposed to be a relaxing, enjoyable experience! Nothing about my experience was enjoyable!! He is way too rough and dug the water hose into my head while rinsing my hair and dug his fingers into my scalp so hard I was flinching wishing for it to end. The hairbrush he used to brush my hair out had blonde hair in it from the previous girl that left right before me, and I didn’t notice until after he was already using it on me. His way of a deep conditioning treatment is by not rinsing it out for 3 days which is not possible! He then proceeded to diffuse my hair before showing me the hair cut. I have never been so afraid to wash my hair and actually see the aftermath in my life. I left there literally in years!! I bought a Groupon for a shampoo, cut and “deep conditioning treatment”. For starters my first impression of the actual salon is how absolutely disgusting and messy it is.
