I am new in CT from Atlanta. I come from using the same old school barbers for 15 years. I found Gents by accident on Google on my day off and they treated me like a family member. The owner was a great conversationalist and the barber assigned to me (I forgot her name – apologies) gave me an exceptional bald cut and shave for a great price. She didn’t do the hot towel treatment I’m so spoiled with, but she still gets 4.7 out of 5 stars. So, I’ve found my bsrber!!

Every time I come here, there’s always an issue. The music is way too loud even for a barbershop. Make an appointment otherwise you will be waiting for a while. I’m very surprised that when I do walk in no one says anything to you. Not even a “is anyone helping you”.One time I went there after waiting almost 2 hours (because I didn’t know the person who was on their phone in the chair the whole time was a barber) once I sat in the chair he went outside to make a phone call for 15 minutes!!! It really just seems to be unorganized compare to other barbershops
