She takes the time to give me the perfect haircut and beard trim everytime. She listens to what I want and remembers the details to my specific hair/ head/face each appointment. I absolutely will not let anyone else touch my beard!Janelle is only person at Gentlemen’s Hair Care. That means you have to make an appointment in advance because her work is in demand. That’s a good sign of excellent service. Since I’m a regular client, I always have my next several haircuts already scheduled.There is no one better. I’ve been getting a 3 all round (buzz cut) for the last 15 years and I finally decided to change things up. Janelle does a great job asking you what you want and making it very personable. That is when my relationship with my hair truly began.Within minutes of just chatting with Janelle I could tell just how passionate she was about men’s hair. That day she helped me with a new look that better complimented the shape of my head and when she finished I almost did not recognize myself.When we were finished and I was leaving she asked if I would come back and see her. I had never really had the same person cut my hair (hey, I’m a guy) so I said sure!That was over six years ago and I haven’t let another person touch my hair since. Every single time I leave an appointment with Janelle I get compliments like you would not believe. I have had complete strangers compliment me on the fade! Like me, the hair on my head is stubborn, and Janelle is the only one who’s been able to keep it under control. Her customer service is wonderful, her atmosphere is relaxing, and unlike other offices, hers feels like home. I know a lot of her other clients must feel this way, as her calendar is often full! This is no problem if you book appointments in advance using her user-friendly online booking system.
